Which black finishes does Bestlite come in?
Two. Soft Black Semi Matt RAL 9011 is the black used with the brass base. Black Semi Matt RAL 9005 is the black used with the chrome base.
On the sample set the first is labelled Charcoal and the second Black.
Which white finishes does Bestlite come in?
- Classic white RAL 9002 — available only with the black brass base.
- Soft white RAL 9003 — also called pure white, and shown as matt white on the sample set.
- Ivory white RAL 1015 — an off-white, now discontinued.
Can a Bestlite wall lamp be used in a bathroom?
We do not recommend it. The BL7 wall lamp is rated IP20 and its wiring is not made for a damp environment. In brass, the finish will darken and turn green over time in a bathroom.
Do the Bestlite wall lamps come with a plug, or do they have to be hard-wired?
Both options ship in the box. Every EU version of the BL5, BL6, BL7 and BL10 wall lamps includes a hard-wiring instruction and a plug, which fits into the hole the wire normally comes out of.
Is the Bone China shade available for the BL3?
Not on the BL3 in diameter 21. The Bone China shade is too heavy for that model, so the combination is not offered.
