How to submit a claim — end consumers

Purchased on gubi.com or the GUBI webshop:

Contact rma@gubi.com. Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the defect or damage
• A description of the issue

Purchased through a GUBI dealer:

Contact the dealer where you made your purchase. The dealer manages the claim with GUBI on your behalf. Use the Store Locator if you need the dealer's contact details.
