Product warranty — what is covered

GUBI provides a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and construction, valid from the date of dispatch.

Covered:

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
• Standard products as specified in the current GUBI price list

Not covered:

• Ordinary wear and tear
• Wear or damage to upholstery and surfaces, including surface finishes
• Damage caused by incorrect use, accidents, or insufficient maintenance
• Products modified after delivery
• Non-standard or custom products, unless the defect is in GUBI's workmanship

If you discover a defect, submit a claim as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of discovering the issue. See "How to submit a claim" below.
