GUBI provides a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and construction, valid from the date of dispatch.
Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Standard products as specified in the current GUBI price list
Not covered:
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Wear or damage to upholstery and surfaces, including surface finishes
- Damage caused by incorrect use, accidents, or insufficient maintenance
- Products modified after delivery
- Non-standard or custom products, unless the defect is in GUBI's workmanship
If you discover a defect, submit a claim as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of discovering the issue. See "How to submit a claim" below.
