GUBI does not offer repair or re-upholstery services for products you already own. The upholstery options available through GUBI apply to new orders only.
GUBI does supply replacement covers for the Flaneur sofa. Ask for one as a spare part: see Spare parts and replacement components.
If your product is still under warranty, or arrived damaged or faulty, submit a claim before arranging any repair - work carried out by a third party may affect your warranty. See How to submit a claim — Private customer or How to submit a claim — Professional customer.

How do I get upholstery cleaned?
Follow the care guide for the material: GUBI's care guides are at gubi.com/customer-service/care-maintenance (see Care guides by material), and the fabric's maker publishes its own care instructions, for a Kvadrat fabric on Kvadrat's product page. For professional cleaning, use an upholstery cleaning specialist. In Denmark, see the specialists below. Outside Denmark, your local GUBI dealer can recommend one (gubi.com/retailers).
