GUBI supplies spare parts and replacement components for many products. We do not publish a list of which parts exist for which product, so we confirm availability per request.
Which parts can be bought directly is shown on the spare parts page (gubi.com/en/dk/categories/accessories/spare-parts) in our webshop; that page is the current list. Within the EU you can order from it directly. Table tops are not sold in the webshop.
If the part you need is not on that page, or you are outside the EU, our order team (order@gubi.com) sources it; they need the product name (or item number) and a description of the part, and they confirm availability, price and production time. If a part is not on the page, our order team can still check whether it can be supplied.
The same applies to any kind of part — glides, feet, screws, shades, cords, mounting plates, bumpers, switches and connectors. Naming a kind of part here does not mean it exists for a particular product; the spare parts page and our order team are what confirm that.
The cord on my lamp is too short, or my electrician shortened it. Can it be replaced?
The universal textile cord is sold by the metre through GUBI retailers, round or oval and in several colours. The brass-textile cord is not the one for a chrome lamp. Tell the retailer the lamp, its finish and how many metres you need, and have the cord fitted by a certified electrician.
