After placing an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation includes:
- Your order number
- The items ordered, with quantities and pricing
- Estimated shipping date
- Any special terms (made-to-order production times, fabric selections)
Review the confirmation carefully. If anything looks incorrect, contact webshop@gubi.com as soon as possible - changes become difficult once the order enters production or fulfilment.
