The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Made-to-order items — including custom upholstery, non-standard configurations, and COM/COL orders
- Items marked "final sale" or "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Items showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product — GUBI may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value
