Return policy — end consumers

End consumers who purchase through gubi.com have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original condition
• Original packaging must be retained — opening for inspection is permitted, but missing or damaged packaging may result in a deduction from your refund
• Preconfigured bundles cannot be partially returned

GUBI arranges return shipping, but reserves the right to deduct delivery and return costs from the refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the cancellation notification, via your original payment method.

This policy applies to standard products purchased on gubi.com. For items purchased through a GUBI dealer, the dealer's own return policy applies.
