How to initiate a return or exchange

To return or exchange an item purchased on gubi.com:

1. Contact webshop@gubi.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
3. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
4. Keep the item in its original packaging until the return is arranged

GUBI arranges pickup for the return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

For exchanges, we process the return and place a new order for the replacement item. If the exchange item has a different price, the difference is charged or refunded accordingly.

For defective items, see "How to submit a claim" — the claims process applies rather than the standard return policy.
