If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or products, or if items are missing:
- Document the damage with photos before unpacking further
- Note any missing items by checking against your delivery note
- Contact us within 7 days:
- End consumers: webshop@gubi.com
- B2B partners: rma@gubi.com or submit a claim through the Claims Form
