Once your order ships from the warehouse, you receive a delivery note by email. The delivery note includes the shipment details and carrier tracking information, so you can follow your package.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages (split shipment), you receive separate tracking information for each. Packages may arrive on different days and via different carriers.
For B2B partners: shipment details including carrier transfer numbers and tracking links are also visible on your order documentation.
