Custom and made-to-order items

Some GUBI products are available in custom configurations — including non-standard fabrics (COM/COL), special sizes, or finishes not in the standard range. Lead times for made-to-order items can extend up to 3 months, depending on the product and configuration.

Key points:

• Made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Payment is taken at the time of order, not at dispatch
• The estimated lead time is confirmed on your order confirmation
