A quotation is a formal price offer for a specific set of products. You can request one by contacting order@gubi.com with the items, quantities, and any configuration details (fabric, finish, special requirements).
The quotation includes itemised pricing, applicable terms, and a validity period. Once you confirm the quotation, the order is placed. After confirmation, changes to the order are not possible.
If a quotation goes unconfirmed, it remains open until the validity period expires. For follow-up on an existing quotation, contact order@gubi.com with the quotation reference number.
