COM/COL ordering process

If you want to use your own fabric (COM) or leather (COL) for a GUBI product, the ordering process has additional steps compared to a standard order. See "Customer's Own Material or Leather (COM/COL)" in the Products & Materials section for the full suitability and approval process.

Once your material is approved:

1. You receive a quotation with pricing and lead time
2. On confirmation, you arrange shipment of your material to GUBI's production facility
3. Production begins once the material is received and inspected

COM/COL orders are treated as made-to-order: they are non-refundable and lead times are typically longer than standard upholstery orders.
