Order confirmation — what to expect

After placing an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation includes:

• Your order number
• The items ordered, with quantities and pricing
• Estimated shipping date
• Any special terms (made-to-order lead times, fabric selections)

Review the confirmation carefully. If anything looks incorrect, contact order@gubi.com (B2B) or webshop@gubi.com (end consumers) as soon as possible — changes become difficult once the order enters production or fulfilment.
