Claims and after-sales
Submit your claim through the Claimlane claims portal (app.claimlane.com/c/gubi) with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. If you bought from a GUBI dealer, contact the dealer instead: they manage the claim with GUBI on your behalf. See How to submit a claim — Private customer.
