Not every fabric or leather can be used on every GUBI product. Suitability depends on the material's weight, stretch, and construction, and on the product's upholstery method.
To check whether a specific material works with a specific product:
- Visit https://upholstery.gubi.com
- Select the product model
- Browse available fabrics — only suitable options are shown for each model
Suitability information is also noted in the fabric descriptions and in the fabric section of the current price list.
If you need a material that is not listed as suitable for your chosen product, contact order@gubi.com. In some cases, exceptions can be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
