Customer's Own Material or Leather (COM/COL)

GUBI can upholster selected products in your own material (COM) or leather (COL), subject to approval.

The COM/COL process:

1. Submit your fabric or leather details to order@gubi.com, including the supplier name, material reference, and the GUBI product you want it applied to
2. GUBI assesses suitability — not all materials can be used on all products
3. If approved, you receive a quotation with pricing and lead time
4. Once confirmed, the material is shipped to GUBI's production facility

Lead times for COM/COL orders are typically longer than standard upholstery orders. Pricing depends on the material and product.

COM/COL orders are treated as made-to-order and are non-refundable once production begins.
