The Partner Portal at b2b.gubi.com is GUBI's self-service platform for B2B partners. See "Using the Partner Portal" in the Ordering section for a full overview of what the portal offers.
Getting access
Access is granted by your regional Sales Manager or our order team (order@gubi.com). You will then receive an email invitation to confirm your address and set up your account, along with a short video walkthrough of the Partner Portal.
Managing your account
Through Account in the portal, you can:
- View and manage your buying lists
- Track order confirmations and delivery status
- View invoices and credit note status
- Manage invoice and delivery addresses
- Update your Store Locator addresses
- Control which users in your organisation have access to the portal
Login problems, forgotten passwords and changes to your account details are handled by our order team (order@gubi.com).
