To return or exchange an item purchased on gubi.com:
- Contact webshop@gubi.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Keep the item in its original packaging until the return is arranged
Who arranges for the parcel to be picked up?
GUBI arranges the pickup. You do not need to book a courier or arrange the collection yourself. Once your return is confirmed, we arrange for the parcel to be picked up from your address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 14 days via your original payment method.
For exchanges, we process the return and place a new order for the replacement item. If the exchange item has a different price, the difference is charged or refunded accordingly.
