In Europe, GUBI ships via two methods:
GLS Parcel - for packages under 30 kg. Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days after dispatch.
LGT Curbside Delivery - for furniture and larger items. Estimated delivery within 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery is to the curbside - it does not include carrying items inside your home.
On gubi.com in Europe, delivery costs €13 per order (DKK 99 in Denmark, £11 in the United Kingdom), whether it goes by GLS Parcel or LGT Curbside Delivery. An order is one delivery method to one address. For partner orders the shipping cost is confirmed on your order confirmation.
United States: orders on gubi.com for the United States ship within the mainland by UPS Parcel for packages under 30 kg (estimated delivery within 2-7 business days, $20) or by Röhlig Curbside Delivery for furniture and larger packages (estimated delivery within 10 business days, $199). Curbside delivery comes in a 4-hour window and does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packaging; at a multi-unit building it is delivered inside the building entrance. Your basket shows the lowest delivery charge that applies to your order.
If one or more items in your order are made to order, delivery of your order can take up to 3 months.
Each order ships via one method to one address. If your order contains both small and large items, they may arrive separately.
These delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and transit time varies by destination - deliveries to Southern Europe generally take longer. If your order will be delayed, we send an alteration notification by email with the updated estimated ship date.
